Where to find your program terms
Utilities publish the details on their lead service line replacement page: whether they pay a percentage up to a cap, reimburse a flat amount, replace the line for free, or offer a loan added to your water bill. Many require you to use a prequalified plumber and to sign up before work starts, or the cost will not be covered.
